I admire Steven Pinker and tried to read his book ‘The Better Angels of Our Nature’ . It is a bold attempt to prove mankind is becoming less violent . Masses of statistics ; a huge range of argument and much research. His strong point about media is important imagine a news bulletin reporting how the grass was growing normally or Children playing in a park .
